The Tree of Remembrance is a magnificent work of art that provides Veterans, their relatives and their friends with a unique opportunity to commemorate loved ones.
Located on the main floor in the heart of Ste. Anne’s Hospital, the Tree of Remembrance is made up of commemorative leaves on which you can inscribe your own personal message (name, date of death, special thought, etc.). It is a unique way in which to honour the memory of a loved one and to mark their stay here at Ste. Anne’s Hospital or to commemorate a meaningful event.
The Tree of Remembrance is also an original commemoration project. By making a pledge, donors provide invaluable support to Ste. Anne’s Hospital Foundation and contribute to improving the quality of life of our Veterans of all ages, either residents or clients.
The cost of a leaf is a minimum donation of $1,000, which can be paid by cheque, cash or by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The payment may be made in several installments. The donation is fully tax deductible and the Foundation will provide a receipt for income tax purposes.
You may choose a personal inscription for the leaf as well as its location on the Tree. Remember to take into consideration the space available on the plaque when thinking about your message.

- Contact the Foundation at (514) 457-8484 or Toll Free at 1-877-711-8484 to request a Tree of Remembrance Registration Form as well as a copy of examples of inscriptions and a return pre-paid envelope.
Your donation to the Tree of Remembrance bears witness to your commitment towards the well-being of the Veterans here at Ste. Anne’s Hospital.
